Many of my coachees are international leaders who are new to their roles or seek a safe space to reflect on their work, behavior, and mindset with a neutral party. However, my services are not exclusively for executives. If you don't hold a team lead position (yet) but carry responsibility, want to develop further, or intentionally shape your next career step, you are very welcome.
Most coaching sessions are held in English, though German is, of course, also an option.
My offer is not suitable if the focus is on legal matters, very acute crises, or deeply rooted trauma.
My offer consists of method-based, time-limited consulting on an equal footing to support your professional goals. You will work on:
