Is mediation with me right for you?
Mediation with me may be a good fit if you are facing a conflict at work for example within a team, between colleagues, or with a manager and you are looking for a structured and respectful way to address it. It is especially helpful if you are open to reflecting on your own role in the conflict and would like impartial support that encourages understanding and leads to workable, sustainable solutions.
When my offer may not be the right fit
My mediation services are less suitable if a conflict is mainly legal in nature, already part of a court process, or involves acute escalation, violence, or serious boundary violations. They may also not be appropriate if you are primarily seeking blame, quick decisions, or the enforcement of your own position. In these situations, I am happy to help you find alternative support or refer you to experienced colleagues.
